We’re Lucy and Thomas, a small team of two people living and making on unceded Peramangk country in the Adelaide Hills.

Long term lovers of each other, big flavours, and food tradition, we took the punchy condiments we had been making for years together and unleashed them on the public, starting at farmers markets across Adelaide in early 2021.

We make a big range of super flavourful chilli pastes and oils, fermented food, and punchy table condiments.

With a big spoon of anything from Salt Gang you can turn a plain bowl of rice, noodles, eggs—EVERYTHING, into a deeply satisfying meal that will impress yourself and anyone else you have your eye on.

We are serious about food being fun, tasty, and accessible, and want you to look forward to every meal, no matter how simple :)
