Deep sweet garlic flavour with a rich chilli backbone—this romantic luscious sauce is instant huge flavour for anything.
We simmer slices of garlic in our Fourteen Spice Oil until caramelised, and then mix with fresh chillies & bell peppers, lashings of our Secret Weapon Soy, and pound it to a medium spicy umami paste.
Perfect in stirfry, mixed with a little black vinegar for dumpling sauce, or as a generous spoonful over a bowl of pasta or rice. Brush over steamed fish or grilled chicken, or mix it with mayo for a sweet garlicky kick. You can liven up your breakfast eggs on toast with a little dollop, also great as a steak sauce and general best barbeque friend!
