Effervescent, tangy, refreshing—this classic kimchi made with Adelaide produce delivers a fresh lively flavour humming with wild fermented probiotic life and mild warmth.

Pairs perfectly with fried chicken, cheese platters and toasties, fried eggs, and made into Kimchi Jiggae

Our kimchi is naturally fermented and alive, so it’s great to eat uncooked to get full probiotic benefit!

Have it on toast with goats cheese or tossed through a sesame noodle salad, or simply as a little fridgeside snack to tide you over throughout the day. Chop it fine and sizzle with fried rice, slip into soups and stews, have it as a palate cleanser between BBQ bites. The zingy probiotic juice can be used in dressings or to liven up a Bloody Mary, or simply drunk like a shot.
