Shipping Policy

We want to make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and with no fuss. Here’s how we handle shipping:

Packing & Sending

  • We pack and send orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

  • If you order on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll get it on its way the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • We ship all across Australia!

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on where you live.

  • Need it faster? Express options may be available at checkout.

Shipping

  • Please let us know if you prefer a particular service eg AUSPOST.

  • Shipping is flat rate, and we offer free shipping over certain amounts as advertised.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once we book it to be sent, we’ll email you with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Notes

  • Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order — it helps avoid delays.

  • If something goes wrong (like a damaged parcel or unexpected delay), just get in touch with us at saltgangau@gmail.com within 7 days and we’ll sort it out.

  • Please let us know if you made a mistake while making your order, we’re here to help!

International Orders

  • Right now, we only ship within Australia, but keep an eye out very soon for exciting international news!

Return Policy

At Salt Gang, if something’s not right with your order we want to fix it—here’s how we can help :)

Change of Mind

As our products are food items, we’re unfortunately generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once products are opened. If your product is new and unopened and you want to return or exchange it at your own cost, send us an email at saltgangau@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or not quite up to scratch, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your package. Send us an email at saltgangau@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or two if possible.

We’ll sort it out however is best for you—whether that’s by sending a replacement, offering a store credit, or issuing a refund.

Wrong Item Sent

If we’ve made a packing mistake (unfortunately we’re only human!), let us know and we’ll immediately get the right thing in the post for you.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved. Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account, although sometimes it will be instant.
