We take raw local Australian honey, hot chillies, and garlic, and let time and fermentation do the hard work. Stirred regularly for weeks, it develops a medium-hot tangy heat and a bright zing that feels alive on your palate.

Perfect for drizzling on pizza, fried chicken, eggs, roast veg, cheese, and anything that needs a lift. Use it like sweet chilli with spring rolls or cream cheese, or drizzle into dressings and marinades.

    Because it’s raw, fermented, and never heat treated, it also contains naturally occurring live probiotic cultures from fermentation.

    Great with pizza, fried chicken, eggs, roast veg, dumplings, halloumi, cheese platters, sandwiches, toasties or rice bowls.

    Perfect over grilled steak and bbq, use in dressings, dips, and marinades, drizzle on dumplings.

    Because it is raw pure honey, it can candy and crystalise when exposed to very cold temps.

    If this ever happens to your honey, don’t worry!

    Just heat to reliquify, you can stand it in a bath of hot water. Alternatively, take the cap off and microwave for ten seconds at a time, taking care to only heat very gently.

    Like normal honey, Hot Fermented Honey lasts for a LONG time. but you’ll eat it up faster than that.
