Hot honey is everywhere now, but sweet heat can get flat and sticky fast when it isn’t balanced by acidity and complexity.
We’ve been fermenting hot honey for 10 years, so this is not a product we’ve just smashed out. This flavour area is our house specialty and something we’re super proud of.
We use fermentation, Chinese black vinegar, fortified soy, garlic, aromatic spiced chilli oil, roasted sesame, crispy garlic, and crunchy shallots to give our hot honey condiments bite and balance.
