Dark roasted sesame seeds are churned into a glossy butter, then folded through aromatic chilli oil, and finally stuffed with fried shallots, crunchy garlic, and toasted sesame seeds.

It’s thicker, roastier, and more cocooning than our other chilli crisps. The sesame gives it a deep nutty body and a satay like savouriness that clings happily to eggs, noodles, greens, tofu, chicken, congee and soups.

With a super thick, spoonable texture, it’s full to the brim of super crispy shallots and a lil’ chilli oil for drizzling.
