Crown fried eggs and melt into toasties, hug bowls of congee and finish soups, slide through jammy noodles and rice bowls, wake up dumplings that need a lift, gloss roast veg and silky greens, give poached chicken and tofu a nutty sesame coat.
WHAT IS IT?
Dark roasted sesame seeds churned into a glossy butter, folded through crispy chilli, fried shallots, and garlic. Keeping the chilli heat medium, we season with our Secret Weapon Soy for depth, finally adding a sweet sting so the umami opens up without going bitter. She’s thick. Buttery and roasty with crispy crunch in every spoon, plus a little loose oil to drizzle. Natural separation is normal, just stir and scoop.
