Dumpling Lover Vinegar is our non-spicy dumpling dipping vinegar, built on rice vinegar, Shaoxing, honey, garlic and aromatic spices.

Sharp, savoury and gently sweet, this is your tangy little drizzle for lifting dumplings, noodles, fried eggs, rice bowls, dressings, and anything rich and heavy.

We slow infuse premium rice vinegar with over a dozen aromatic spices and fortified soy, lift it with shaoxing wine, then soften it with honey and garlic for a smooth finish. Use it on anything that needs cutting through.
