Secret Weapon Soy is our spiced umami soy sauce, made for splashing instant savoury depth into noodles, rice bowls, dumplings, eggs, marinades and making lazy dinners excellent.

Salty, aromatic and deeply useful, this has a lot more going on than normal soy sauce.

Slow infused with with aromatic spices, caramelised garlic, and fresh bay, we round out the umami with soft rock sugar and some Shaoxing wine for snappiness.

We reach for this most nights to finish rice and noodles, or enrich sauces and dressings. Add to anything that needs umami and depth—this is just as comfortable on pasta as it is on dumplings.
