We start with aromatic spiced oil sizzled over medium hot chillies, then pack it with crispy shallots, chewy garlic and nutty roasted sesame. Fortified soy brings savoury umami depth, Australian Bluegum honey brings golden sweetness, and a bright kick of Chinese black vinegar keeps everything balanced.

The result is addictively rich sweet heat that goes on anything and makes it better.

For instant umami and deep flavour, spoon over pizza, dumplings, noodles, fried chicken, rice, sandwiches, cheese boards, and roast veg— anything that needs some oomph.

    Our cold-pressed base oil is slow simmered with 14+ spices, garlic, and bay for over 12 hours—so it’s layered with rich aromatics even before the chilli hits the oil.

    We’ve built flavour into every single layer, so you can put it on anything to make it taste finished.

  • Eat with anything and everything!

    Spoon across burrata and cheese platters, cover fried chicken or calamari, toss over noodles or rice bowls.

    Glaze steak and roast veg, especially carrots, dress dumplings and cold rolls, dollop on pizza or toasties.
