Sweet, spicy, tangy, and perfectly balanced with the magic of fermentation, we’ve been making this together for almost a decade and eat it with almost every meal.

A month long ferment makes it alive with probiotics and punchy flavour—this liquid gold is the most versatile thing we make and your new bestie in the kitchen.

Pour on soft cheese, steak, drench fried chicken and calamari, balance dressings and marinades, have over veg, on ice cream, in cocktails— gargle it when you’re sick!!
