It’s softer and nuttier than Straight Up Chilli Oil, with rich heat and a deep sesame flavour that clings beautifully to noodles, dumplings, eggs, greens, tofu, cold noodles, smashed cucumber, and roast veg.
This one is a drizzling style chilli oil, not crispy and not trying to be. This makes it great to cook with as well— it gives interest to crispy roast potatoes and we love it for frying eggs and lazy tray bake dinners.
