USE ME

Perfect for breakfast on yoghurt, granola, and porridge. Melt onto pancakes, waffles, french toast, and pikelets (mum used to make the best pikelets, hi mum!).

Drizzle on desserts, cover ice-cream and sprinkle with flaky salt, glaze cheesecakes and pavlova, mix into spritzes, cocktails or just soda water with lime.

Also surprisingly great with savoury things! Accompany your next cheese board, glaze pork chops and drizzle on bacon, or whisk into fruity dressings for tomato or stone-fruit salads.

*An unusual sweetie in our range, we can confidently say the kids will love it! At markets we often have kids come back for a second, third, fourth taste. Oddly enough they also tend to love the Secret Weapon Soy Sauce straight off the spoon.

Store always in the pantry, just like normal honey. If it crystallises, warm the jar gently in a water bath to liquify, or take the cap off and microwave for ten second bursts.
