We simmer slices of garlic in our 14 Spice Oil till caramalised, then mix with fresh chillies & bell peppers, lashings of our Secret Weapon Soy, and simmer until rich and thick. It spoons with a little soft texture and a heady aroma, adding a pop of bright lucky red to your plate. If you’re after a comforting umami chilli sauce, this is your safest bet possible.

This has an Asian flavour profile but we’re always amazed by how versatile it is. We use this heaps as the quickest and most satisfying pasta sauce— just a couple of big spoons and you’re laughing.
