To start, lashings of fresh medium-hot chillies are cooked down in our aromatic 14 Spice Oil with silky local capsicum and garlic. We caramelise it for hours and finish with a big splash of our Secret Weapon Soy to round it all out, making it your instant umami cheat code.

With a soft spoonable texture, it’s perfect for finishing noodles, rice bowls, eggs and dumplings, steak, crispy potatoes, steamed fish, and salad dressings.
