USE ME
Make a big bubbling pot of Mapo Tofu, drizzle over dumplings and noodle bowls, wake up fried rice and congee. Slick greens, tofu and crispy eggs. Swirl into soy for a fast dipping sauce or streak across pizza and toasties when you want that mala lift.
WHAT IS IT
Tingly complex flavour for every day food. We gently fry a comforting backbone of caramelised garlic, and then sizzle it hot over chillies, Sichuan pepper and infuse in a bed of our 14 Spice Oil.
