Our Italian Chilli Oil!
A grassy pure base of local extra virgin oil infused with our homegrown Meyer lemon and bay, layered with sweet woody rosemary and fennel. This is a deeply herbaceous chilli oil with a bright citrus note and a kiss of fennel, medium rich heat.
This versatile chilli oil is great for when you’re after a Mediterranean flavour profile. Crafted with pizza and pasta in mind, drizzle into soups and over roast potatoes, into panini and over fried eggs.
